    Are items safe to be worn upon arrival?

    All items will be sterilized with alcohol swab prior to shipping. However, we still encourage you to practice hygiene cleaning before wearing it.

    Where will the profits from sales be used at?

    We commit to contributing 25% of our online sales' net profit, and 50% of store sales net profit from each pair of earrings sold to local NGOs. Do follow us on our Social Media pages for more information on what we're doing!

    Of course! We are happy to collaborate for a good cause and also increase awareness :) So drop us a mail if you have any suggestions on partnerships!

    How much impact can I make with just a pair of earring purchase?

    Fun fact! Did you know that every earring purchase is equivalent to an average of 8 diapers donated to our beneficiaries? :) It may not sound like a lot but it definitely makes a significant difference to our beneficiaries! :)

    How frequent are your launches?

    We do not have fixed weekly launches at the moment as BRAVE is made up of a small team and our operations consist of more than E-Commerce; we also get ourselves involved with various Social Projects as well. Nonetheless, it is in our plans to launch fortnightly. We are also working on having pop up booths so that you girls can have a feel of the earrings! Stay tuned and thanks in advance for being extra patient with us!

    Gift Wrapping

    We do not provide gift wrapping for online orders at the moment. However, each purchase comes with Brave's customized earring backing, which is ideal for gifts :)

    Is there a Stockist for Brave accessories?

    BRAVE is stocked at The Social Space located at 333 Kreta Ayer Rd, #01-14 as well as The Nail Social, located at 42A Haji Lane, 2nd Floor, 189235.


    Items stocked at our Stockist are exclusive and will not be launched online. So head over for some retail therapy!


    We accept PayNow, PayLah! and Bank Transfers from DBS / OCBC and UOB. You will find the bank details upon cart out. While working on more payment methods for your convenience, kindly follow the steps below in the meantime:


    1. Place an order via the website and check for an order confirmation in your mailbox

    2. After receiving the email order confirmation, proceed to complete the bank transfer. *Please add postage fees based on preferred shipping method

    3. Reply to the order confirmation with your transaction reference number

    4. Sit back and relax - your earrings will be on the way to you soon!

    *If you purchased more than 2 items, postage is free for you! (See next paragraph on "Local Shipping")

    Local Shipping

    We offer complimentary Normal Mail within Singapore for every 2 items purchased! For single item purchase, kindly +SGD 1.50 for Normal mail or +$2.50 for Registered Mail. Kindly note that BRAVE will not be liable for any parcel losts via Normal Mail, hence we strongly encourage you to opt for Registered Mail!

    International Shipping

    International shipping will be shipped through SingPost's Registered Mail. Please inform us under "SHIPPING INFO" upon check out, and +SGD 5.20 during your transfer for Malaysia friends. Please drop us a mail if you are purchasing out of Singapore and Malaysia!

    Lead Time

    Items will be mailed out within 3 working days after payment verification. Please expect 2-3 days for registered mail, 3-5 days for Normal mail, and approximately 2 weeks for International shipping.

    Meet Ups

    We do not offer the option of meeting up at the moment.

    Refund and Exchange

    Due to hygiene reasons, items sold are not refundable. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number together with a snapshot of the damaged item within 2 days upon receipt. Damaged item should be sent back in original condition within 5 working days after our email acknowledgement via traceable mail. For items sent back prior to our acknowledgement, we reserve the right to reject the exchange.

Orders and Payments
All payments on orders are final and non-refundable.

Product Description / Defects
We try to provide the most accurate description and pictures as much as possible. However, pictures may vary slightly from the actual product. Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and computer screen calibrations, and variations less than 0.5cm is not considered as defect. For defect enquiries, please email us at contact.bravesg@gmail.com with your order number and a snapshot of the defect item. 

Order Exchanges
All exchanges must be supported by an email acknowledgement from Brave. In any case where Brave receives a return item prior to our acknowledgement, we reserve the right to reject the exchange. Permitted exchange items must be sent back to us unworn and in original packaging. We will also not be responsible for mailing fee for returned items

Order Delivery
The costs of delivery are stated during your cart out. Alternatively, please refer to FAQ section for more details. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days after we payment is completed. Should delivery of your purchase be delayed, we will inform you accordingly.

We may use your personal data that you provided to us through the website to send you newsletters

Brave may change the contents on our website from time to time, and is under no obligation to do a real time update to our website. Should there be any amendment to our T&C, we will send a mailer to our registered customers, otherwise, do check back frequently for updates.
